Thank you to Barry Farber for his recent
TALE OF THE TROLLEY
The Tale of the Trolley Car Diner
It is not fully known
The last couple of decades are
While Ken Weinstein did own
And under his leadership
A family friendly eatery has become
A benefit to the community
With a heartfelt welcome
Its journey now has taken flight
From its Germantown Avenue site
To continue its adventure
With more history to write
Its spirit still a vibrant memory
Parked at Wayne Avenue Junction
Poised to serve once more
As its people dining function
And so its neon lights
Can still stay aglow
To somewhere out there
We will come to know
And to carry on its
Symbol of special care
Wherever it may go
For another community to share
…Travel the road of history
…Bring about good Community
…Thank you Ken
…Its just a matter of where & when, Godspeed
