Adding to Chef Evan’s adventure through the Midwest, we’ll be joining Chef Kyle Knall of Birch in Milwaukee on Thursday, August 27th, for an incredible collaborative experience showcasing the synchronicity of our kitchens and our shared ideas. We’ll play hits from both Birch and Emmett’s menus, while also previewing some dishes from Chef Evan’s forthcoming restaurant Jean.

We could not be more proud of our Emmett team! To have achieved a finalist run in our first year is beyond anything we could have hoped for, and lays a foundation on which we will continue to push ourselves and strive for excellence on every plate and with every guest experience.

And to the great city of Chicago! You could not have been a better host for this incredible celebration of our beloved industry. The mosaic of events hosted by the city’s incredible restaurants and bars were the perfect backdrop to this weekend’s celebration, and we could not be more thankful for the hospitality.
