Welp that lunch rush was like our old Friday nights at the OT. Way to make the retired bartender 💁🏻‍♀️ run ! Soup flights are flying out and everyone’s filling up the patio.

We still have a few more you haven’t met ..

Hi, I’m Lura! I’ve been at Fireside since the beginning of summer, and you can find me behind the bar on Saturday and Sunday nights, with Sundays always being entertaining with karaoke 🎤

When I’m not at Fireside, I’m probably working a Flyers or Sixers game, watching whatever sport is in season, or at the casino pretending I’m going to leave with more money than I came with 🥴

I absolutely love summer, beach days, and a UV index above 8—basically, if it’s hot & sunny, I’m happy. ☀️🏖️

I’m a sucker for a good espresso martini (hold the Baileys!), which probably explains the tiny martini tattoo on my arm. 🍸

I love meeting new faces, catching up with regulars, and hearing all the stories that come with a night out. Bartending definitely comes with a little bit of everything, and you guys always make it fun.

My favorite thing on the Fireside menu—and maybe my favorite wings EVER—are the Daytona wings. 100/10!

Whether you’re stopping in for a drink Saturday or Sunday karaoke or just to say hi, come pull up a seat! 🍻

Happy 3 years to our little Feasterville gem ❤️ and 48 years of Fireside.

Also happy 3 years of new fireside to most of our staff! Finding people who show up, care, and appreciate the part they play in this business isn’t easy these days. We’re grateful for the team we have.

A customer said to me yesterday, “This is one of the hardest industries to run.” He isn’t lying! But when you love the business, enjoy solving problems, and get excited about bringing new ideas to life, there’s so much to enjoy. And then there’s Mike with the heart of an Italian grandmom—who just loves feeding people. 😂❤️

We’re always working on something, whether it’s construction, menu changes, or another new idea. So much of our time together at home turns into Fireside planning that even our staff will overhear us on the phone or out somewhere and say, “Stop talking shop!”

But our favorite part is watching you come in and relax, take a break from whatever life has thrown at you, celebrate something special, or simply have fun. The number of friendships that have started with two people sitting next to each other at our bar is endless and it’s nice to walk into a room and have so many people say hi or how are you. That means so much to us.

So, happy 3 years, Fireside Inn. We still have plenty of plans and goals for you. We don’t get everything perfect every day, but we care, we listen, and we work to make things right.

Shout out to our lower south fire & police department, and the township who have all helped support us by showing us the lower south business ways of things. Thank you our customers, and everyone who has helped make this little gem what it is. ❤️

To get to Elmwood Avenue in Feasterville, there are a few options for public transportation. You can take the SEPTA Regional Rail Line to the Trevose station and then transfer to a bus that stops on Street Road, which is a short walk from Elmwood Avenue. Another option is to take the SEPTA bus that goes directly from Center City Philadelphia to Feasterville.

If you prefer to drive, there is ample parking available on Elmwood Avenue and nearby streets. From Philadelphia, take I-95 North and exit at Street Road (Exit 37). Turn left onto Street Road and continue for about 2 miles until you reach Elmwood Avenue. Turn right onto Elmwood Avenue and Fireside Smokehouse will be on your left.

From Trenton, take Route 1 South towards Philadelphia. Merge onto I-95 South and exit at Street Road (Exit 37). Turn right onto Street Road and continue for about 2 miles until you reach Elmwood Avenue. Turn right onto Elmwood Avenue and Fireside Smokehouse will be on your left.
