Hi, I’m Ashlynn! You can find me behind the bar at the Fireside on Friday nights! I’ve been working at the Fireside for the past two years and have been bartending for six years. I grew up in Morrell Park, and when I’m not behind the bar, I’m an orthodontic assistant and a proud cat mom who absolutely loves all animals. 🐱❤️
In my free time, you can usually find me shopping for outfits for my sweet Lucy, hanging out with my friends, or enjoying a night at the Fireside myself.
The Fireside is so special to me because I’ve met some of the best people there. The staff and customers have truly become family, and most importantly, it’s where I met some of my bestfriends.
Of course, I can’t forget about the food! If I had to pick a favorite, it would be our homemade chicken salad, but you absolutely can’t forget the BBQ mac & cheese as a wrap
My go-to drink is a Lemon Blackberry Brandy Martini 🍋🍸, and my favorite shot is Sambuca.
And if you’re feeling competitive… I love racing people in car bombs or a fireside chicken wing eating contest (I’ve witnessed both she’s a beast, be prepared to lose)

Today it’s feisty Friday!!
The next employee up you allllllll know her. You’ve seen her in memes and our dunk tank. She came to us as a temp fill in during the holidays and just never left 🫠 and is my most -we will say spitfire of an employee here. But also the one willing to take one for the good of the team.
Hi, I’m Morgan! I grew up in Feasterville and have called it home my entire life. Growing up in the neighborhood, I’ve gotten to know a lot of people in the community, and Fireside has always felt like our hometown bar.
Being able to work there for the past 3 years has been really special because I get to see so many familiar faces and be part of the community I grew up in.
I’ve been bartending for 8 years, and I truly enjoy meeting people, getting to know my customers, and creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Outside of Fireside, I work at an orthodontist office Monday through Thursday. You can find me at Fireside Thursday nights and Friday days, and on Tuesday nights, I’m usually playing softball (owner input: for an opposing team🙄)
You can also find me at HOTWORX working out and trying to stay active! (Morgan actually started the Hotworx fireside trend)
I love spending my free time shopping, driving my boss at fireside crazy, hanging out with friends and family, and most importantly, spending time with my dog, Barkley. Barkley is my life.
And most of you have probably seen me on Facebook… as a turkey! 🦃😂 If you know, you know!
I’m someone who loves staying busy, being around people, having too much fun (sorry in advance if you see me outside of work) and making the most out of every day.
My favorite drink is pretty much anything that gets me in trouble 😈

We will never forget one of the greatest tragedies of our time. I’ll also never forget how it brought us together as a nation. People showed kindness and compassion because we were all grieving together—not as a divided country, but as one.
Proud to say my dad, a now retired Philly firefighter, was in one of the crews that headed right to NY to help the rescue.

Even on a short week it’s still hump day! Music bingo tonight with our Wednesday crab special.
And since she’s working a surprise day shift today let’s introduce you to Kath. One admirable trait that modest Kath left out is that she and her husband have opened their hearts and home as foster parents multiple times—a beautiful journey that led them to adopting one of their sweet boys.
Kathleen is the proud mom of four boys and a step daughter that she loves watching play sports and going on adventures with them. If you see her outside of work you can usually catch her chasing after them. She’s been married to her husband Mike for 15 years, and together they enjoy taking motorcycle rides and going to concerts. 🏍️🎶 Kath and Mike always play a huge part in our kids events which we really appreciate.
One of her favorite things about working at Fireside is the amazing friendships she’s made along the way. She’s a huge fan of live music, and her favorite local bands are, of course, The Fireflys, who play every Monday night (her shift), along with Seven Band and Ear Candy! 🎸🎤
And her favorite thing to order at Fireside? Daytona Wings! 🍗🔥

If you’ve stepped through the doors of Fireside Inn over the last 14 years, chances are you’ve seen this familiar face!
Michelle was my long term Wednesday night partner turned bridesmaid in our wedding.
Starting out behind the bar and serving tables, before we even went to settlement she stepped into the management role, and has helped keep the wheels turning ever since.
Fav food: Jamaican jerk Daytona wings
Drink: 1800 coconut margarita
Michelle has lived in feasterville for over 15 years so it’s not just an area she loves to work in, it’s her own community.
Originally making the move up from the city, she’s been happily married to her husband, Chuck, since 2009. Together, they’ve built a busy, full life raised alongside their two daughters, Makayla and Juliette, plus a lively home crew: two dogs, Lulu and Rip, and their cat, Athena.
Self-described as a total workaholic, any rare free time is spent staying active at Hotworx (there’s a trend with fireside and Hotworx in case you didn’t know), she’s a real estate agent, catching up on true crime documentaries, or unwinding with family and close friends over a great margarita or martini. But ask her the real secret to keeping it all together? Absolute necessity #1: morning coffee! ☕✨
I make sure I ask if she had her coffee yet before I start our daily work conversations.
Next time you’re in, make sure to say hello. Her set bartending schedule is Monday & Tuesday nights & Friday days. But you’ll always see her floating around.

Happy Saturday! It’s Liliana’s last Saturday, so make sure you stop in and see her! Today, she’s getting the send-off she deserves—with her in the spotlight. ❤️
This is one I get to write personally.
I first met Lili when she was just 16 years old. She helped me by waitressing at a Christmas party for someone who has since become one of our close friends—another friendship made through Fireside. Lili was amazing, everyone loved her, and even at such a young age, I got to watch her hustle.
She turned 20 right around the time we bought Fireside, and I hired her the very next day. As much as I hate sending our staff off into the world without us, we’re lucky enough to watch them grow almost as if we’re their second parents.
Lili, we are so incredibly proud of you. You put yourself through school for respiratory therapy and finished by becoming one of the select few chosen for an internship. During your time at Fireside, we also got to watch you find the love of your life—now your fiancé! Shout-out to Eric for getting down on one knee this summer! We also watched you become a mom to the sweetest little girl, Vali.
We are definitely going to miss you, but I know you’ll never be too far away. You will always be family. One thing I will always take pride in is that Fireside isn’t just a job—it’s a family.
Congratulations, Lili, on everything you’ve accomplished since you started at Fireside. We couldn’t be prouder of you! ❤️
And Brandon…you have some big shoes to fill, but I know you’re going to crush it! We’ve been trying to find the perfect spot for Brandon for almost a year, and the timing finally is right. Brandon’s mom and I went to grade school together—shout-out to St. Chris! Life really is coming full circle these days.
Brandon is also a local teacher who just started his first year. Welcome to the Fireside family, Brandon!

I woke up this morning and got to send this text.
Cooks are never seen like the bartenders or front of the house and I want our team seen.
We will never be perfect there’s no such thing but we try!
Understandably most people eat at the same time. And it fills a restaurant quick. Being in the kitchen with them last night all i heard was ding ticket ding ticket ding ticket coming in. 😳 I stayed in there for the rush to help, to watch the system, & motivate.
They rocked it as always. It was a busy Thursday but not a weekend. The amount of food our very small -fits 3 people on top of each other- kitchen does is insane. (Can’t wait to expand soon)!
We thank you for understanding when we don’t get it right. But damn when we do we crush it!! Shout out to my cooking crew at both locations and our cafe cooks for all their hard work. As a business owner you are only as good as your team and luckily I get to send these texts more often then not.
Side note idk why i used the word spectacular but it happened.

G’s been apart of fireside for 5 years but in the serving industry for 10. My parents owned Lorenzo’s In the city so I started serving there. Born in Bensalem currently in Tacony -I love fireside so much I don’t mind the drive 😉
My SIL got me in the door by telling me how much she loved working there and now she owns it so I guess she wasn’t lying!
My favorite fireside dish is the spicy edamame 🤤
