Flashback to Easter 2021… I got an unexpected call, “Are you still interested in buying the ice cream shop?” A few weeks beforehand we had lost out in a bidding war to purchase 117 E Montgomery Ave. The fact that the opportunity was coming back to us was a sign, maybe it was meant to be. Easter is a time for rebirth. Reflecting on it now, that moment five years ago was a rebirth.
Taking the time today to reflect on personal, professional, and spiritual renewal. Happy Easter, ya’ll❤️🍦🐣

What a wild weather start to the season we are having… snow on opening day, tornado warning today… for the safety for our staff and customers, we will be closing the shop early at 5pm today, Monday, March 16th.

Hopefully things will be better tomorrow for Irish Potato Ice Cream and Minty Luck Shakes☘️🌈🥤

Spring hours — starting March 16, Monday - Friday 3:30 pm to 8pm, Saturday & Sunday 12pm to 8pm.

🌲☕️Christmas Trees & Hot Cocoa Please! Join us at Bustard’s Christmas Trees the first weekend of December and grab your Christmas tree, decor, and hot cocoa from family-owned, local businesses.

On Friday, December 5th the PA Secretary of Agriculture, Military from the National Guard, and other dignitaries will be attending the PA Trees of Troops Kick Off Ceremony at Bustard’s. Each year, Bustard’s donates hundreds of Christmas trees to service members and their families. For more info, check out the Trees for Troops tent at Bustard’s.

Weather is looking good for the Upper Gwynedd Carnival today! Plus fireworks tonight🎆🎇

❤️Carnival entry is FREE. Tickets can be purchased for rides (cash only). Games are pay as you go (cash only).
❤️Friday hours are 6pm to 10pm with fireworks at approx 9pm.
❤️Don’t forget to stop by the Little’s Cafe concession stand for fresh cut boardwalk fries and fresh squeezed lemonade with boba (cash, card, Apple Pay).
❤️$5 parking available across the street at Merck.

If you do not want to come to the carnival but would like to watch the fireworks, they are visible from our Main Ice Cream Shop at 117 E Montgomery Ave, North Wales. The ice cream shop closes at 8pm so get there early to get your sweet treat before the fireworks. Bring a chair to set up in the grassy seating area across from the shop or enjoy in the bed of a pick up truck🛻
