In 1999, Abdul Rahim and Sharon Muhammad founded Sister Muhammad's Kitchen, a soul food and American restaurant. Over the years, the restaurant underwent major renovations in 2011, transforming not only Sister Muhammad's Kitchen but also the entire 4400 block of Germantown Ave. Their unique menu showcased dishes such as their famous Fish Hoagie, Fish Fried Rice, and Veggie Steak. However, we regret to inform you that Sister Muhammad's Kitchen has been permanently closed.
