We are loving this crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay from Domaine Grisy.
There is good reason this drinks like premium Chablis - Côtes d’Auxerre is located just to the west of Chablis in the far northern reaches of Burgundy.
The limestone soil really comes through with chalky minerality, complementing the tart orchard fruit and zippy acidity.
Perfect for sipping on our terrace, it’s also a match made in heaven with our escargot or oysters. Organically farmed and vinified entirely in stainless steel.
