TGI Fridays was an iconic American restaurant located on Benjamin Franklin Parkway that opened in 1990. The restaurant aimed to provide a relaxed and exciting environment for people to meet friends and make new ones. It was founded by Alan Stillman in Manhattan in 1965, with the intention of meeting Pan Am stewardesses. Since then, TGI Fridays has become known for its great food and new and exciting drinks, mixed by bartenders who added to the electric energy of the place. Although closed permanently, TGI Fridays remains America’s most iconic bar and grill where killer food is served in an environment where it’s always Friday.
