Just because you get your order fast doesn’t mean we made it fast.

Before you hit the order button, our team spent hours simmering beans, marinating meats, hand-pressing pupusas, mixing churro dough, making salsas, pickling veggies, and prepping everything for the day.

Everything at El Merkury is made in-house by our team and served fresh (fun fact: we don’t even have a freezer).

🌮 Pictured: our taquitos served fast to you but made from scratch in advance.
