This was a little surprise brew from the legendary brewmaster himself, Tom Baker! Tom and Morgane work closely on creating the beautiful can label designs for Brewery Techne so he wanted to shout out the amazing and very talented MORGANE!
Morgane has been at Bar Hygge just over 5 years, so she deserves a little something special in her name🫶 you can often find her shaking things up behind the bar🍸🍸🍸
The Morgane Saison is a rustic French farmhouse ale — a classic dry saison with notes of pepper & noble hops.

Brewed for the Season invites you to welcome the arrival of autumn with an evening of thoughtfully crafted food, exceptional b**r, and plenty of seasonal flavor!
On Wednesday, September 30th, Chef Bruce Dillon and Brewmaster Tom Baker of Bar Hygge come together for a five-course tasting that celebrates the flavors and character of the changing season.
Enjoy five tapas-style small plates, each thoughtfully paired with a different b**r selected to complement the dish. From the first bite to the final pour, the menu will explore the cozy, savory, and seasonal flavors that make fall one of our favorite times of the year.
Whether your a b**r enthusiast, a lover of seasonal food, or simply looking for a fun way to kick off the fall season, this evening is designed to be enjoyed one bite and one pour at a time!

Field Trip to Barnegat Oyster Collective 🦪☀️🌊
This week the Bar Hygge team took a trip to expand our oyster farming knowledge! This was an amazing opportunity to see & learn all of the work that goes into this process, so that we can incorporate it into service!

The Barnegat Oyster Collective is a farm-to-table shellfish aquaculture organization dedicated to connecting oyster lovers to the diverse products of New Jersey’s pristine Barnegat Bay. The Collective is comprised of the independent oyster farms such as, Genna Shellfish Co., Forty North Oyster Farms, Laughing Gull Oyster Farm, Love Oysters, Schramm’s Shellfish, and MORE!
