Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is a popular chain of ice cream parlors with over 600 shops in 31 states that offers a wide variety of frozen treats including Italian Ice, Frozen Custard, Milkshakes, Sundaes, CustardCookie Sandwiches, layered Gelati and signature Misto and Blendini creations. Founded by Bob Tumolo and his mother Elizabeth in 1984, the one-of-a-kind experience has since spread happiness everywhere it goes. The locally owned small business continues to make its signature fresh fruit Italian Ice daily just like they did when they opened their first store over three decades ago.

To get to the ice cream shop and ice cream parlor located on York Road in Warminster, public transport options include taking the SEPTA regional rail train to Warminster station and walking south on York Road for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, take bus route 22 or 55 to the intersection of York Road and Mearns Road, then walk south on York Road for about 10 minutes.
If driving, take Route 611 (Easton Road) and turn onto Mearns Road. Follow Mearns Road until it intersects with York Road. Turn left onto York Road and continue for about a minute until you reach the destination on your right-hand side.
Parking is available nearby along York Road or at the shopping plaza directly opposite the ice cream shop.
