What people say

Israeli restaurants are known for their authentic and delicious hummus and freshly baked pita, and Dizengoff on Sansom Street in Philadelphia is no exception. This hummusiya serves up some of the best house-made hummus and pita in the city, with a menu that is available from 10:30am until 4pm or sell-out seven days a week.

What's even better is that Dizengoff has expanded its offerings beyond just in-person dining. They now offer Pints & Pita for takeout, which means you can enjoy their delicious food from the comfort of your own home. And if you're looking for something extra special, they occasionally have Jewish deli pop-ups next door at Abe Fisher, featuring smoked fish platters, brisket platters, latkes, pickles, and black and white cookies.

But it's not just the food that makes Dizengoff stand out - they also prioritize the safety of their customers during these challenging times. They encourage everyone to wear masks when picking up meals at their restaurant to help protect each other.

Overall, Dizengoff is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for authentic Israeli cuisine in Philadelphia. Their mouth-watering hummus and freshly baked pita will leave you wanting more every time.
