Pastor Negro appreciation post 🖤🔥
Pastor negro is one of our signature meats and something you might not have tried anywhere else.
To make it, we burn tortillas, spices, and peppers, then cook everything in the ashes to create the rub for our pastor. It’s a long, complicated, beautiful process that we’re incredibly proud of, and one that gives Pastor Negro its distinctive color and flavor.
And there are plenty of ways to try our Pastor Negro at Cantina on the Go inside Human Robot Jenkintown: get it in nachos, quesadillas, machetes, burritos, tacos, gringas (currently on special at brunch!), and more.
