Here for a limited time only, Dilly's is proud to present the Sandberger. A grilled 6 oz. beef patty, spicy sport peppers, slow-roasted tomatoes, chopped dill pickles, kombu relish, garlic aioli, yellow mustard with poppy seeds on a toasted Kaiser roll. The burger was originally conceptualized by Andy Samberg and his mind squad several years ago as part of a charitable promotion for west coast based Umami Burger. Please come in a give it a try! Quaid Army!
"Kombu relish?!" you say? Where you going? Here us out... this homemade relish is made with rice wine-pickled diced kombu, onion and carrot. It provides a surprisingly tasty, sweet and salty crunch.
If you don't want the relish. we can leave it off.
If you don't know who Andy Samberg is, care about or just plain hate him -- DO NOT WORRY. We have all been there before.
