Fall is taking shape in the Stella kitchen. đ
Go behind the scenes with Mason, one of our talented sous chefs, as he prepares the first new dish from our autumn menu: Roasted Delicata Squashâcaramelized with a harissa honey glaze, served over housemade whipped feta and ricotta, and finished with fresh lemon-dressed frisĂŠe and pepita dukkah.
