Fresh faces, same delicious treats! ❤️🥐🇫🇷 We are so excited to announce that Anna and Alexander have stepped in as the new owners of J’aime. Over the past several months, Alexander and Anna have worked closely with Bastien to ensure the bakery maintains the same quality, authentic French techniques, and heart that made J’aime what it is today.

As Bastien moves onto his next adventure aboard, J’aime will remain a family run business where the coffee is fresh, every croissant is made with love and all are welcome. While Alexander comes from a long line of bakers, Anna has spent time in Paris where she completed formal pastry training. Together, Anna and Alex take a special interest in regional desserts due to the many stories they tell about those who created them.

Although Alexander and Anna have had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with many of you, we invite to you come by, say hello and enjoy a delicious treat. We always love seeing a familiar face.

And to Bastien, thank you leaving us all with a little peace of France in the heart of Philly. While you are moving on to an exciting new chapter abroad, you will be dearly missed and appreciated by all who had the pleasure of working with and enjoying your heartfelt pastries. 💙🤍 ❤️
