Both kegs of the two exclusive Zwanze Day offerings, Artemis La Blanche and Artemis La Rouge, will be tapped at 3pm, simultaneously with Zwanzeurs around the world!

We're kicking off the fun at Noon this Saturday, April 25 with a stacked list of draft beer, our usual deep Bible of bottles, and the full kitchen menu.

The two featured Zwanze Day beers, Artemis La Blanche and Artemis La Rouge, will be tapped at 3pm in the very same moment as friends around the world.

Zwanze Day is back. Brasserie Cantillon has magicked up not one, but two, very special lambics to experience on Saturday, April 25.

Cantillon brewer Jean Van Roy and his son (and future brewer Cantillon brewer) Florian collaborated with Vincent of Vermouth Sullivan, a boundary-pushing vermouth house in Eastern France, to create two distinct concoctions just for Zwanze Day.

🏹 Artemis La Blanche
Lambic blended with an herbal elixir of gentian, coriander, rhubarb root, juniper, sage, angelica and wormwood.

🏹 Artemis La Rouge
Kriek blended with an elixir of verbena, marjoram, rose, apple, curry plant, and wormwood.

Our unticketed Zwanze Day gathering begins at Noon, with a raft of exceptional draft beer to whet your palate for the tapping of Artemis La Rouge and Artemis La Blanche at 3pm.

An additional ticketed, intimate VIP Tasting will be happening concurrently in the back bar for only twenty guests. There are currently 3 seats remaining for the VIP Tasting ($250 per person.) Each ticket includes twelve 5-ounce pours of Cantillon lambics and gueuze, including both Zwanze brews, paired small plates, tax and gratuity. Please call the restaurant at 215-545-7005 if you are interested in purchasing a ticket.
