What people say
Barbecue restaurants are known for their mouth-watering, slow-cooked meats that are packed with flavor. Fette Sau, located on Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, takes this concept to a whole new level. This all-American barbecue restaurant specializes in high-quality, locally sourced meats that are dry-rubbed and smoked on the premises. The result is a remarkable take on American barbecue that will leave you craving more.
One of the best things about Fette Sau is their commitment to using locally sourced meats. This not only supports small businesses in the area but also ensures that the meat is fresh and of the highest quality. The dry-rubbing process adds an extra layer of flavor to the meat, making each bite burst with deliciousness.
Another great aspect of Fette Sau is their unique ordering system. Instead of ordering by the plate, customers can choose which meats they want by the pound. This allows for greater flexibility and customization when it comes to your meal.
But it's not just about the food at Fette Sau - the atmosphere is also top-notch. With a laid-back vibe and communal seating, it's the perfect spot to gather with friends and enjoy some beers alongside your barbecue feast.
Overall, Fette Sau is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves barbecue. Their commitment to quality ingredients and unique ordering system make for an unforgettable dining experience that will have you coming back time and time again.
