Calabrian Crush ❤️🔥🍕
Some pizzas are created. Others have a story behind them.
Fill doesn’t usually jump behind the pizza station, but this one was personal. Inspired by his wife Jessica and named after his very own Calabrian Crush, this pie brings together everything he loves on one pizza.
It starts with our homemade vodka sauce, layered with fresh sliced mozzarella, cup and char pepperoni, and Calabrian chili infused sausage that brings just the right amount of heat. Once it comes out of the oven, it gets finished with dollops of creamy stracciatella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of Bee Dolce hot honey that ties the whole pie together.
Every ingredient has a purpose. The heat from the Calabrian peppers, the richness of the stracciatella, the sweetness of the hot honey, and the freshness of the basil all work together to create something that’s bold, balanced, and completely unforgettable.

You never know what’s going to happen around here once the day starts winding down.
Sandra decided to make the rounds and ask everyone the most important question of the night: who’s the favorite boss, Vito or Fill?
After all the votes were counted and the dust settled, Fill came out on top. 🏆😂
No hard feelings, just a little closing time fun with the crew before we lock the doors and do it all over again tomorrow.

Cheesesteak Stromboli ❤️🔥🥖
Fresh ribeye cheesesteak meat and Grande mozzarella packed heavily through the entire stromboli, wrapped in homemade dough, and baked until the crust turns perfectly golden while everything inside melts together exactly how it should.
These things have real weight to them. No empty bites, no skimping on the filling, just homemade cheesesteak strombolis built the way people actually want them.

Brooklyn Pies ❤️🔥🍕
