Philadelphia’s Top 76 Restaurants.
When we saw the email from the Inquirer, I didn’t feel pride first.
I felt gratitude.
For the guest who gave us a chance when we only had one table filled.
For every team member who believed in authentic Peruvian cuisine when everyone said it wouldn’t work.
For every person who drove to Ambler for our ceviche, our lomo saltado, our pollo a la brasa.
This isn’t a trophy. It’s a thank you.
This is Episode 4: Recognition. The final chapter.
From a corner in Ambler that no one thought would work... to one of the most vital restaurants in Philadelphia.
From serving Peruvian food that “nobody knows” to lines out the door for Pollo a la Brasa and Causa Limena.
We stayed true.
We protected our roots.
We made it to last.

To get to E Butler Avenue in Ambler using public transport, take the SEPTA Regional Rail towards Lansdale/Doylestown Line and get off at Ambler Station. From there, walk east on Butler Avenue. The restaurant should be on your left.
For those driving, take the PA Turnpike to Exit 339 and merge onto PA-309 N. Take the exit toward Ambler and turn right onto Butler Pike. Continue straight on Butler Avenue until you reach your destination.
There is parking available along E Butler Avenue as well as in nearby lots and garages.
