What people say
Italian restaurants are known for their delicious food, warm hospitality, and cozy ambiance. Villa Di Roma on S. 9th Street in Philadelphia is a perfect example of an Italian restaurant that embodies all these qualities. The DeLuca family has been serving homestyle Italian food for generations, and their customers are treated like family.
One of the best things about Villa Di Roma is their commitment to quality. They use only the freshest ingredients to create their mouth-watering dishes, which include classic Italian favorites like spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan, and lasagna. Their meatball sandwich is especially popular among customers.
Another great thing about Villa Di Roma is their welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that every customer feels at home. The cozy interior with its red-checkered tablecloths and vintage decor adds to the charm of this restaurant.
Villa Di Roma also offers special events like Valentine's Day dinners and Super Bowl Sunday specials. They even participate in local festivals like the Italian Festival where customers can enjoy an ice-cold Peroni with their meal.
Overall, Villa Di Roma is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and inviting setting. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you'll be treated like family at this beloved Philadelphia institution.
