Who’s spending her day off working on restaurant posters and STILL hasn’t finished? 🙋🏻♀️
Yup. It’s me. 😂
This morning: grocery shopping for the restaurant AND home.
Then: 3 loads of laundry. 🧺
Finally sat down to work on new posters for the restaurant because the old ones have been through way too much sun and rain. ☀️🌧️ They’re looking ROUGH. 😂
I didn’t want the new ones to look too AI-generated, so I decided to design them myself.
Then Jaden goes, “Mom, this is so easy. You can finish it really fast.”
Me: “Then why don’t YOU help me? It’s easy for you, NOT for me! I’m literally a computer idiot!” 🤦🏻♀️
Jaden: “I’m busy.”
Oh, right. Of course. A VERY busy 8th grader. 😂😂😂
Well, back to my poster… 💻

Our Hawaiian-style mac salad is made fresh in-house with creamy mayonnaise, a touch of vinegar, and tuna oil. The vinegar gives it a subtle tang, while the tuna oil adds a little extra savory richness and depth.
Hawaiian mac salad is meant to be soft, creamy, and generously dressed — different from the firmer, drier macaroni salads you may be used to.

I brought these little plumeria clips 🌺home from Hawaii, and they remind me of everything I love about the islands. ❤️
Plumeria symbolizes love, new beginnings, and beauty — three beautiful things that always deserve to be celebrated. 🌺✨
For me, it also represents the Aloha spirit — love, kindness, warmth, and sharing happiness with others.
That’s what we hope to share at Mahalo Hawaiian BBQ too — a little taste of Hawaii, a little island sunshine, and a whole lot of Aloha, right here in Philadelphia. 🌴🍍
