Each momo is lovingly pleated by hand, one by one. Our cooking philosophy is that food is not just about appearance, it is about nourishing body and soul, and cooking itself is a mindful practice.

This is our very first long slideshow video! We don’t have a social media manager, so this year my son taught me how to make better videos. It took me a couple of hours, but it reminded me that growth happens little by little when we don’t give up. We opened our Instagram account two months after opening our doors, and we’re learning every step of the way 🤍
This year has been filled with challenges, beautiful memories, and deep gratitude. One of our most cherished moments was receiving a blessing from His Holiness 42nd Sakya Trizin at Whiteyak, an honor we will hold in our hearts forever.🙏
We are humbled to share Tibetan tradition, rich culture, and cuisine with our community. From the bottom of our hearts, thuk-je che to our loyal customers for your trust and love.
As the New Year is coming, we wish you peace, warmth, and togetherness. May the year ahead bring good health, happiness, and new beginnings.བཀྲིས་བདེ་ལེགས། Tashi Delek🙏 #2026

Tashi Delek everyone!!! Our very first collaboration! After six years, we are so excited to be working with another restaurant for the first time. We recently met the wonderful Lulu and Scott Calhoun of Ember & Ash, and decided to cook together for one night, showcasing our cuisines together for a menu that will feature 10 plates served family style. It is very special for us to partner with a fellow female owned business as we celebrate another Women’s History Month. The dinner is Tuesday, March 25th in East Passyunk, so book on Resy today and join us for a very special evening! Thank you for featuring our collaboration in the inquire! Thank you for capturing such an amazing photo! & Ash
