Harv's Burger Bar Burger Bar, located on Roosevelt Boulevard, is a burger restaurant and breakfast & brunch spot that serves lunch and dinner seven days a week with the exception of occasional private events. They also have happy hour specials and offer Easter reservations upon call-in. Unfortunately, they have stopped accepting Restaurant.com gift cards due to ongoing issues but you can still reach out to them until April 30th, 2023 if you have one.

We are continuing our soft opening week! We are open for lunch and dinner today and tomorrow. 11am - 9pm.

While we are not serving alcohol as we await our liquor license, we have plenty of delicious dishes for you to enjoy.

The Scratch Kitchen is a new concept inspired by everything we’ve learned and loved over the years. Think of it as a spin-off from Gallo’s—featuring some of your favorite Gallo’s classics alongside new chef-driven dishes, fresh flavors, and exciting additions.

While we do not have the same menu, don’t worry…all of the Gallo’s favorites you’ve come to know and love will still be available at Gallo’s Seafood on the Boulevard.

Our goal with The Scratch Kitchen is simple. We wish to create a warm, welcoming neighborhood spot where quality ingredients, scratch-made food, and genuine hospitality come together.

Thank you for your patience, excitement, and support as we get closer to our Grand Opening. We can’t wait to share what’s next.

Big news! We’re opening The Scratch Kitchen by Gallo’s!

Join us for our soft opening week starting today while we wait for the transfer of our liquor license. While we are not yet serving alcohol, we have some delicious dishes for you to check out. We’ll be serving a limited menu as we put the finishing touches on everything, but we’d love for you to stop by, check out the space, and be part of the beginning with us.

Come meet the team, take a look around, grab one our koozie giveaways and experience what we’ve been working so hard to create. We can’t wait to welcome you! Doors are open! 🍽️✨

Directions to Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia can be accessed via public transport or driving. For public transport, take the Broad Street Subway line to the Olney Transportation Center and transfer to bus route 6 or 14 that travels north along Roosevelt Boulevard.
