Our April Burger of the Month is not our typical burger. We made a meatloaf patty, grilled it with some thinly sliced onion, topped with with a glaze then threw it on some buttery grilled Texas toast with some pickles, smoked paprika aioli, and a horseradish cheddar sauce. We're calling it the Grilled Meatloaf Patty Melt. Everyone who has tried it is just calling it delicious!
