🎄Hello friends. It seems like Frios the past few months has been like this rainbow popsicle ornament that our children shoved into the depths of our tree—out of sight, but still here. Much like our little nutcracker ornament friend (swipe ➡️), this year turned our life completely upside down and backwards, and (swipe ➡️ again) the star 🌟 that kept our family tree lit for decades is all askew and unlit, and most times the only thing keeping us afloat is silliness & laughter (enter minion ornament 💛). Our Christmas tree is not perfect, but quirky and silly like us, and that’s how we like it. (Although if anyone has tips for keeping our cats out of our tree, we’ll take it 😆).

We’re approaching Frios NW Philly’s second birthday on December 13th (yes, Taylor Swift’s birthday—yes, this was premeditated; and yes, she was our #1 artist on our Spotify wrapped, but that’s besides the point here), and although this year took turns we didn’t anticipate, we are SO grateful to our Frios fans & community. We are continuing to take some time for ourselves to recooperate so we can make Frios NW Philly better than ever in 2026. We’ve already got some exciting things in the works and we can’t wait to share with you. If you have an event in mind, feel free to reach out now!

Whatever you celebrate, whatever you’re going through—it’s okay to be imperfect and different and just a little bit (or a lotta bit) out there. We kinda bank on that anyway, ya know? How else are we gonna sell pickle pops out of a tie dye van?! Hey Frios Philly friends & fans - we apologize for the recent radio silence. My mom Susan was hospitalized unexpectedly a bit ago, and ended up coming home on hospice care this past weekend. While our amazing team has been able to cover some events for us, we are extremely limited in what we are able to take on right now. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to when we can see you again soon. Hug your loved ones tight. 💜🌈
