From I-76 E, take exit 346A toward South Philly/PA-291 E/I-95 N/PA-611 N. Merge onto Penrose Avenue and continue straight onto PA-291 E via the ramp to I-95 N/Chester/I-76/New Jersey. Follow signs for I-676 W/Center City and merge onto I-676 W. Take Exit 1D towards Broad St/Central Phila and turn left onto S. 15th St., then turn right onto S. Broad St. The location is on the corner of S. Broad St. and Morris St.
