For public transportation to the cupcake shop, take either the Market-Frankford Line or Broad Street Line and get off at City Hall Station. From there, transfer to Bus Route 48 or Route 47 and get off at the stop near 20th and Lombard Streets. The cupcake shop is a short walk from there.
If driving to the cupcake shop, take I-76 East towards Philadelphia and merge onto I-676 East. Take the exit for Broad Street/Central Philadelphia and turn right onto South 15th Street. Turn left onto Lombard Street and continue driving until you reach the cupcake shop on your right-hand side. Note that street parking in this area can be difficult, so plan accordingly.
