Sunday plans = handled!
We’re popping up at on Sunday, May 31 from 1–4p for a little Sip & Shop situation 🍷💐 Drop the kids off at and come hang with us while you snack your way through some Copihue favorites — including these dangerously good alfajores.
Never had one? Imagine two buttery cookies sandwiched with dulce de leche and rolled in coconut. Basically your new fave. See you there 🤍

Another Cote’s Mesita is around the corner!
A sweet summer evening of Chilean food, little sweets, shared plates + lingering around the table longer than planned. BYOB, bring a friend, and come eat some of our favorite dishes — a few new ones, a few old loves, all made with lots of cariño 💗
These mesitas are one of our favorite things we and we keep them intentionally small and cozy — only 4 tables and 2 bar spots available.
$160 per table (for 2 guests)
Email us to save your spot or ask any questions 💌

Finallyyyyy we’re a day away! We’re so excited to be joining the this season.
We’ll be bringing some of your usual loves — choc chip cookies (duh), kuchen, mini cupcakes, rotating bundt cakes, shortbread packs and a very special little market exclusive: a cardamom scone stuffed with strawberry rhubarb jam 🍓
You know we’re deeply committed to the art of the scone over here, and this one will only be popping up at the AFM. Come wander the market, grab a treat, say hi, and pretend buying pastries counts as grocery shopping (it does). See you Saturday!

Super 8s forever. 🤎
Something about them just tastes like home. Tiny chocolate bars bought through a car window while stuck in traffic, street vendors weaving between cars, and somehow the best snack you’ve ever had. We still can’t get enough. Lucky for us (and you), we’ve got a stash waiting for you!

Pssst… Mother’s Day is sneaking up on you 👀
Don’t show up empty-handed when mamá deserves the world (or at least a little dulcecito)
Our Día de las Madres menu is full of little edible love notes, and our cake decorating class is basically the cutest gift ever ‘ just you + mamá + buttercream dreams (only TWO spots left!). And for the last-minute cuties, we’ll have plenty in the shop for you to grab day-of. No judgement, just good treats 💓

Gurl, did you hear about our new torta de mousse? Tangy mousse, fluffy vanilla sponge, and a layer of strawberry jello all in one dreamy bite 🍓
Delish is an understatement!

Café helado is here!
If you’ve never had one, think affogato’s Chilean cousin — but bigger, creamier, and made for summer. Strong coffee, milk, vanilla ice cream, topped with fresh whipped cream + a vanilla wafer.
It’s not your standard iced coffee. it’s rich, a little nostalgic, and the kind of thing you’ll spend all summer drinking ☕️🧊

Gasp!… veggie pino empanadas are coming. A little Chile, a little Copihue — our take on the classic empanada de pino: a savory filling traditionally made with spiced onions, olives, egg… reimagined here, all veg, still rich, still soulful, still very much home 🇨🇱
Catch them on First Friday when we’re (finally) open late! Normal hours 9a-3p, then we reopen 5p–8p
Come hang, dine in, or find us outside with all the good savory things — completos (don’t know what that is… you will soon *wink*), our regular empanadas, and of course… something sweet waiting for you 💌:
