To get to Penrose Avenue in Philadelphia by public transport, take the SEPTA bus number 37 and get off at the Penrose Avenue stop. Alternatively, you can take the SEPTA regional rail to the Eastwick station and then use a taxi or Uber to reach Penrose Avenue.
If you are driving, take I-95 to exit 13 and merge onto PA-291 E toward Cargo City. Turn right onto S 26th St and continue straight onto Penrose Ave. There is limited street parking available near the ice cream shop. Alternatively, there is a dedicated parking lot a few blocks away on Island Ave that charges a flat rate of $5 for up to three hours of parking.
