Perla cafe Perla Cafe was a restaurant located on N 5th Street that offered Israeli and American food. It was a fun and cool coffee shop inside the renewed mythology Billy Penn building. They served breakfast, lunch, coffee, pizza, salad, soup and pumpkin spice latte. Although they once encouraged community involvement while enjoying their food and drinks, Perla Cafe has permanently closed.
