Please join us this Saturday, 2/7, for our special house made croissant with two scoops of cereal milk ice cream. We open at 10AM and will be here for your ice cream needs until 9PM.
This Sunday, limited hours 11AM- 6PM

🥳⭐️🍦𝐙𝐬𝐚’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫!🍦⭐️🥳

When I decided to put the call out to find a buyer for Zsa’s, it was driven by two main motivations. One, to keep Zsa’s open as an anchor for our neighborhood, and provide the canvas for the right person to embrace what it is, while simultaneously making it their own. And two, on a more personal note, to keep Zsa’s open so that I would finally have my own opportunity to walk to the shop after dinner, and wait in line with neighbors, friends, and loved ones under the bright lights of a long Summer evening.

Today, I’m beyond excited and so incredibly proud to introduce you to Liz Yee, the new owner of Zsa’s Ice Cream!

For years, as a pastry chef, Liz has been the steady heartbeat of two other well-known Mt. Airy small businesses, just a stroll up the street from the scoop shop. If you’ve ever attended an event featuring food by , or more recently indulged in an incredible dessert .restaurant, you’ve already experienced Liz’s creations. And when you come to Zsa’s in a very short while, you’ll now get to enjoy her ice cream!

Liz has the work ethic, confidence, creativity, and calm manner that it takes to oversee a small business. I cannot wait to see this new chapter unfold!

Thank you for all the support that has truly been the fire that allowed Zsa’s to evolve to where it is today. I know that you’ll come out and show Liz and her team – both familiar and new faces - the same love you’ve given Team Scoop City and myself for over 7 years.

As for me, this neighborhood and community is my home. And ice cream and small business will forever be on my brain, and in my heart and soul. I look forward to being in line with all of you before too long! 😉

Sometimes I still can’t believe that I get to come to work in this most beautiful and bright spot. 🥰🎨🍦

✨Only 2 more days until we wrap up the 14 year chapter of this small business adventure that’s become a second nature, and most familiar day in and day out rhythm to all of us.✨

🍦A few things…🍦

-DoorDash and online ordering are now closed so we can support the demand we’re seeing at the shop

-Hours for Saturday & Sunday are 12p to 9p, but subject to change based on inventory levels. Any adjustments will be posted in our stories.

-Pint quantities per order may be limited. (Things are selling quickly!)

-There’s a high probability that’ll you’ll be greeted by laughter, smiles, and possibly some tears happening all at the same time. ☺️☺️
