Years ago, I made a smoked ice cream for a composed dessert, and have been waiting for the right excuse to bring it back. Thankfully, my days of composed desserts are behind me but this flavor profile has stood the test of time!

Our s’mores ice cream starts with a base we cold smoke before spinning, bringing a little extra campfire flavor to this classic combination.

A little behind the scenes of our apple crisp ice cream coming together.

Apple butter gets added right into our sweet cream base as it comes out of the batch freezer, then we fold in the crisp topping by hand.

Turning 40 seems like a pretty great excuse to make an ice cream flavor with all my favorite things.

Coffee ice cream, Oreos, mini M&M’s and cosmic brownies. Basically, a little birthday party in a scoop.

Feeling especially grateful to be here, to be able to put a little joy into the world, and for all the people whose love and support helped get me here.

Thank you for an incredible second summer! We’re so grateful for the continued support from our neighborhood community. It means so much to us to see familiar faces week after week, along with so many new ones!

Beginning Monday, October 5th, we will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays as we shift to our fall hours:

Monday: 3–9 PM
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: CLOSED Thursday: 3–9 PM Friday: 3–10 PM Saturday: 2-10 PM Sunday: 2-9 PM

We’ll be open throughout the construction project along East Passyunk! We know the construction has already made an impact on our local businesses and the neighborhood, so we’d love your continued support. Please don’t let the streets or sidewalks deter you. Fall flavors have officially arrived!

Some of you may have seen some of these slowly creeping onto the menu already but we had to make you wait a little longer for pumpkin, you can’t rush pumpkin season.

This fall, we’re bringing back some favorites with a few new twists, plus a new flavor we’ve been sitting on for months!
