Happy Mother’s Day 💘💘💘

There’s nothing quite like noticing Moms everywhere once you become one. For years I waited on Moms with their babies, kids, teens, and even grown adult. And it was always a pleasure to be apart of making family time special. What I didn’t see was the effort it took to get out the door. The diaper bag you have to grab, the bottles to fill + pack, and the feeling of will we be okay on nap time or will they end up falling asleep on the way home but it’s well worth it for that blood orange marg and some nachos! (In the baby and toddler stages) Moms often don’t realize all they do and it really is spectacular. All the encouragement I received while working at Taqueria Amor all throughout my pregnancy into Month 9 was because it fueled me with kind words from guests.

So to the Moms, we see you and we LOVE having you. We love being a family friendly spot and watching you be the memory makers. Keeping the day feeling a little extra special because there’s chips and guacamole to enjoy all together. We witness magic daily and we know it!

To reach Main Street in Philadelphia, take the subway or bus to Lombard-South Station. From there, walk for three blocks towards the east on Lombard Street and turn right onto South 9th Street. Walk for one block and turn left onto Main Street.

If driving, take the I-95 highway and take Exit 22 towards Callowhill Street. Continue straight on North Front Street and then turn right on Vine Street. Turn left onto South 9th Street and then turn left onto Main Street. Park in any available space near the restaurant.
