Manayunk is going to be filled with sweet music this weekend thanks to Sing Us Home Festival !

We're joining in the fun with frankly TOO MANY specialty sundaes, headlined by the Sing Us Home Sundae Experience. It's built upon a foundation of Dulce de leche ice cream and is topped with caramel sauce, whipped cream, and a warm toasted churro.

With Cinco de Mayo right around the corner, we're jumping in with both feet. We also have Fried Ice Cream and Ice Cream Nachos, and that means it's going to be *really hard* to make a choice. Here's a tip from a pro: Eat them all.

Today is Tubby Robot's 9th anniversary, and we are thrilled to celebrate it with YOU!

As is tradition, we'll be serving freshly-baked Ice Cream Hoagies and playing Donkey Kong. Co-owners Steve and Chris will be on hand to hang out and compete for high scores.

It may be cliche to say, but we literally could not have done this for so long without your support. We have a lot of exciting things in store for out 10th year of business, and we can't wait to share what we've been working on!

For many Americans, the main event this weekend is Super Bowl Sunday. Unfortunately, our Eagles are not making an appearance, so we chose to put our efforts into something else.

This weekend we're introducing Ice Cream Nachos! We engineered from-scratch Waffle Cone Chips, and we're serving them with the ice cream and dipping sauce of your choice.

Will you dip the chips into the ice cream one at a time? Will you mash the ice cream right on top of the chips in a big ol' delicious mess? It's up to you!

After being MIA for a number of years, we've made a new batch of fan-favorite Mint Cookie ice cream. It's excellent on its own, but like most ice cream it's even better on a Belgian Waffle Sundae.

In celebration of the season, we've got a few specialty items ready for you and yours:

> Our from-scratch Pizzelle Cones are based on beloved Italian Christmas cookies, flavored with just the right amount of anise to inspire cozy feelings of home (yours or someone else's!)

> Peppermint White Chocolate ice cream is finally here, featuring white chocolate stracciatella and crushed candy canes.

> Big Ginger Cookies have arrived care of our friends at My Sweet Gluttony, and we have an accompanying sundae topped with homemade caramel sauce and whipped cream.

Our last day of operation in 2025 will be December 23rd, so be sure to stop by before then!

Folks, today is a special day for a PILE of reasons.

For the first time ever, we have an honest-to-goodness ROBOT on the premises. It's built and operated by Robotics Team 1218 at Springside Chestnut Hill, and it's frankly amazing. They'll be showcasing their creation all afternoon, so stop by to see what some of the best and brightest local high schoolers have been up to.

It is in fact Small Business Saturday, and we are participating in a few ways:

- We are part of the Manayunk Shop Small Passport program, which means that folks who visit 6 or more participating Manayunk businesses will earn a $25 gift certificate.

- This is the only day of the year that we offer discounted pints, which are on sale for $9 today only.

- Seasonal specialties like Walnut Coffee Cake Sundaes and from-scratch Hot Chocolate are ready for you!
