Haunted Pier is coming to Cavanaugh’s River Deck, transforming the waterfront into Philadelphia’s first haunted pier and Halloween-themed pop-up bar.
Legend has it that the lost ship The Red October sank just offshore centuries ago — and every October, its ghostly crew returns from the depths. Strange lights beneath the water. Footsteps on an empty deck. Voices in the fog.
This Friday, the legend comes back to life.
