This was my grandmother’s favorite song 🎶🇮🇹 She came to America from Italy as a war bride after meeting my grandfather — our legendary “Grandpop Bakery” 🍞😂

The best part? They both told completely different stories. Grandma said he couldn’t stay away from her 💃🏻… Grandpop swore she stalked him 🤌🏼🤣 Either way, thank God they found each other or none of us would be here telling the story today.

On Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who sacrificed everything for this country 🇺🇸 Some made it home, some did not. Forever grateful ❤️

Wishing all the moms a very Happy Mother’s Day today and every day. For many of us, this day brings both love and memories — especially for those whose mothers are no longer here.

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom. I miss you every single day and cherish all the memories we made together. Time with the people we love never feels long enough, which is why it’s so important to value every moment and every day we still have with our mothers — because Mother’s Day truly should be every day.

My mom was one of the most selfless, beautiful, and strong people I’ve ever known. She was the backbone of my sister’s life and mine, always putting her family before herself and giving us unconditional love, strength, and guidance. She is missed terribly and was taken far too young, but I will always feel blessed and fortunate to have had the time with her that I did. Her love, sacrifices, and spirit will stay with me forever.

To all the mothers here, those watching over us from above, and those who step into the role with love and grace — today is for you. ❤️

Happy Easter to all my clients, friends, and family. 🐣🙏

Today is a reminder of what truly matters—faith, family, love, and new beginnings. No matter how busy life gets, it’s important to take a moment to appreciate the people who stand by us, support us, and grow with us every day.

I’m grateful for each and every one of you—whether we’ve worked together, built something together, or simply shared life’s moments. Wishing you and your loved ones a day filled with peace, happiness, and meaningful time together. 💛

Stay blessed, stay grateful, and enjoy this beautiful day.

Good morning everyone, and Happy Easter to you and your families. 🐣🙏

Unfortunately, we’re dealing with yet another situation at one of our properties. For those who followed along back in January, we had a squatter break in, move personal belongings inside, and attempt to occupy the space unlawfully. That situation was handled—property cleared out, locks changed, and order restored.

Well… they’re back.

At this point, it’s no longer a misunderstanding—it’s a deliberate disregard for private property and the law. Actions have consequences, and clearly the first lesson wasn’t enough. This time, we’re addressing it swiftly, professionally, and permanently. 🛠️🚪

In property management, real estate, and construction, protecting assets is non-negotiable. Security is not optional—it’s essential. That means reinforced entry points, reliable hardware, and zero tolerance for unlawful occupancy.

Big thanks to the tools and products that help us get the job done right:

🔒 Lock it down.
🧰 Fix it right.
🚫 No exceptions.

Guys, nothing really surprises me anymore in the real estate game 🏚️🔑. Once again, we’re dealing with a squatter situation—individuals breaking into a listed property and attempting to occupy it illegally 🚫.

These situations tend to pop up around holiday periods 🎄, when they assume properties are unattended and easy targets. Unfortunately for them… not this one.

What makes it even more concerning is that the property has no active utilities—no water 💧, no electricity ⚡—yet that still doesn’t stop them.

That said, with the Property Guido team in full effect 💪, along with the support of the Philadelphia Police Department 👮‍♂️ and some great, watchful neighbors 👀, we’re locking this situation down and preventing any further unauthorized access.

Stay tuned—word on the street is they might try to spin back. Not happenIng.

What’s up, guys? We’re here at another property, checking it out for a potential renovation project. Overall, the place is in pretty fair condition—it just needs some TLC, along with upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen.
Stay tuned as we move forward with this project and see how everything comes together. Catch you guys soon. Ciao.

Good morning, everyone. Easter holds a deeply meaningful place in Italian family culture, particularly within Catholic traditions. It is a time centered on faith, togetherness, and cherished customs passed down through generations. Today, I’d like to share a small story from my family to yours—something personal that reflects the spirit of this special holiday. I hope you enjoy it. Welcome to Storytime.

Good morning, everyone—and welcome back for another walkthrough. Today’s home is… well, let’s just say it’s memorable. From the “premium” finishes to the truly one-of-a-kind craftsmanship, every corner offers something to talk about. 😅

The tile work alone deserves its own spotlight—abstract, unpredictable, and boldly unconcerned with symmetry. You’ll also notice a refreshing commitment to creative interpretation over precision throughout the house. 🛠️

Whether you’re looking for a project, a conversation starter, or just a reminder of how important quality workmanship really is, this one delivers.

I appreciate you coming along for the ride—enjoy the video, and I’ll see you on the next one. Ciao. 👋
