Alongside it, we’re serving Malvarosa, a rich and buttery sheep’s milk cheese from Valencia that helps preserve the rare Guirra sheep breed.

School’s in session this Sunday 🍷🧀

This week’s Sunday School features a bright and refreshing Blanc de Noir from in Verona — crisp, floral, and quietly complex with notes of white peach, pear skin, citrus blossom, and a hint of wild strawberry.

Alongside it, we’re pouring Quadrello di Bufala, a washed-rind buffalo milk cheese from Lombardy that’s buttery, earthy, and packed with savory depth.

Try them side by side this Sunday at Tria. Low prices, great pours, and even better cheese.

School’s in session!

This Sunday we’re exploring Umbria with “Stesso Stesso”—a low-intervention Rosso that blends grapes grown side by side, creating something raw, expressive, and full of life. Think juicy cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry, with a soft earthy finish.

Alongside it: Fiore Sardo, a smoky, aged sheep’s milk cheese from Sardinia. Bold, savory, and just a little rustic—the kind of cheese that lingers in the best way.

See you on Sunday.
