Pumpkin Spice Latte is back, made with house-made pumpkin spice syrup, espresso, milk + pumpkin pie spice. Hot or iced.

Chai Cider is here too, with chai, local apple cider + nutmeg. Available hot or nitro draft iced.

And the Supersonic Espresso Tonic brings together Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, citrus bergamot, espresso + orange bitters.

One year at 1701 N. 2nd Street.

A year ago we opened up in Olde Kensington. A year later, it's not just a café, it's part of the block. That's on the team that shows up every day and the neighbors and regulars who keep walking through the door.

Field Notes #02: Colombia.

Last August, Damien Pileggi and our Director of Coffee Chris Miller traveled through Bogotá, Pitalito and Huila, spending time with the farmers behind our coffee - visiting farms, cupping dozens of lots and hearing directly from the people doing the work.

One of those stops was Finca La Terraza, run by Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso through Terra Coffee. Their farm doubles as a testing ground for new varieties and processing methods, which is exactly the kind of quiet obsession we respect.

Now, one of those coffees has made its way back to Philly.

Our newest single origin, Finca La Terraza, is a washed Java variety grown at 1,900 meters with notes of caramel, pink lemonade and rose hips.

Two new single origins just landed. Both are in our cafes and available online starting now.

First up, Colombia, Finca La Terraza. A washed Java from Huila, grown at 1,900 meters by Juliana and Wbeimar, a husband-and-wife team who run their farm like a living lab, always experimenting and sharing what they learn with nearby growers. It drinks like caramel, pink lemonade, and rose hips.

Then Costa Rica, Finca Las Torres. A honey-processed lot of Caturra and Catuai from the Rivense family in Chirripó, a farm and micromill built around sustainability and traceability. Their coffee has placed 5th in Costa Rica's Cup of Excellence, and this one tastes like strawberry, cashew, and tangerine.

One more thing to look for: our single-origin bags now use a new color system. Each region gets its own color, and countries within that region get different shades of it, so your favorites are easier to spot on the shelf.
